ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT OF RANKPROMOTERS.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED BEFORE MAKING USE OF THIS WEBSITE. ANYONE IN VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY PROIOR NOTICE MAY HAVE THEIR WEBSITE SUSPENDED FROM OUR SERVICVE OR THEIR ACCOUNT TERMINATED. BY JOINING RANKPROMOTERS.COM MEMBERS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.

1. You are NOT affiliated with any search engine including but not limited to Google, Yahoo or MSN or any companies that are directly or indirectly associated with them.
   
   
2. There are certain requirements for using our system which have been outlined below:
   
   
• You must place our links on a page within our site that has a minumum Google Page Rank (PR) of 3. If you do not have the Google toolbar installed on your computer then please visit "http://www.checkmypr.com" and enter the URL which our links will reside on. If the value is lower then 3 it means that your link may be deleted from our sites.
  
  
• We do not accept link exchanges from Pharmacy, Adult, Warez, or sites of an illegal nature.
  
  
• Our link must be placed on a page that has less that 60 outbound links on it and they must be placed on a page where they will remain permanently.
  
  
• Our site must be placed on a page that is no more then two levels (two clicks) down from the homepage. The page where our links reside must be reachable by search engines!
  
  
• Please make sure our links are placed on a page that is easily spiderable this means pages ending with “.html”, “.htm”, “.shtml”, “.shtm”, “.asp”, “.php” or something similar and not a page that has long strings and variables appended to the end of the URL like this “.php?category=ourcat&id=review”.
  
  
• Your sites will be deleted from our system and your account possibly terminated if you use any of the following techniques to block the search engines from discovering our links on your site (ROBOTS.TXT, REDIRECTS, NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, CLOAKING, FLASH MOVIES, FRAMES, or anything else that may prevent them from finding our links.
  
  
• Our sites must remain on your page permanently if you want your links to remain on our sites. If our spider detects that our sites have been removed we will deactivate the site that is in breach of our terms and conditions until you follow up with us.
  
  
• The description of the site must between 50 and 250 characters in length
  
  
• Only one submission per domain is permitted into our system.
  
  
3. You are only allowed to possess one single account with the RankPromoters.com service. Members found with more than one account may have to move their sites over or one of the accounts may be terminated without prior notice.
   
   
4. There is absolutely no spamming of our system if it is discovered that you are spamming our system your account will be permanently terminated.
